When we reply
We answer within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent on weekends or US public holidays are answered the next business day.
What to include
If your message is about an existing order, include your order number and the email you used at checkout. If an item arrived damaged, wrong, or incomplete, attach photos and we will sort it out under our refund policy.
